STANDARDS.
The following protocols ensure the highest level of restorative care and logistical safety for every vehicle.
Service Provision
Auto Aura provides mobile automotive detailing services. Provision of service is subject to vehicle condition and environmental factors (weather, location safety, and access).
On-Site Logistics
While my mobile unit is highly self-sufficient, access to a safe working perimeter around the vehicle is mandatory. I reserve the right to reschedule if the location poses a risk to the vehicle or my equipment.
Cancellation Protocol
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a non-refundable booking fee to cover logistical readiness.
Liability & Assurance
Auto Aura is fully insured for all restorative services. I conduct a pre-service inspection of each vehicle to document existing defects before commencing my technical process.
